Manual QA Engineer for SaaS Platform

About the role

We are seeking an intermediate Manual Test Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of a modern, public‑facing SaaS platform that connects users with certified coaches. The role combines hands‑on testing with close collaboration with development and product teams, while offering a flexible remote setup and monthly in‑person meetings in Lima.

Key responsibilities

• Perform manual testing across the live SaaS application.
• Audit end‑to‑end user workflows to verify consistent functionality.
• Identify, document, and report bugs with clear reproduction steps.
• Collaborate with engineers and product owners to clarify requirements and support issue resolution.
• Provide continuous feedback to improve product quality.
• Participate in monthly in‑person team meetings at the client’s Lima office.

Required profile

• 2+ years of manual testing experience, preferably on public‑facing SaaS products.
• Strong understanding of QA fundamentals such as test case design, regression, exploratory testing, and bug lifecycle.
• Ability to write clear bug reports and communicate effectively with engineering teams.
• Detail‑oriented, analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving skills.
• Effective communication and cross‑functional collaboration abilities.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment and traveling to Lima once a month.
