Medical Doctor – Virtual Assistant (LATAM)

About the role

LatinoPro is seeking a licensed Medical Doctor to provide virtual clinical and administrative support to U.S. healthcare providers. Working remotely from Latin America, you will help streamline patient interactions, manage records, and ensure high‑quality care delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Review and update electronic health records (EHR) for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist with patient communications, including appointment scheduling and follow‑up.
• Document clinical information and support care‑management activities.
• Coordinate referrals and manage referrals documentation.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.

Required profile

• Medical Doctor (MD) degree.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
• Experience working with U.S. healthcare providers or systems.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Required skills

• Electronic health record (EHR) proficiency.
• Experience with EHR/EMR systems.
