About the role

We are looking for a Service Engineer to perform daily maintenance, after‑sales service and repairs on aerial work platform machinery and forklifts. The role involves supporting agents, troubleshooting faulty vehicles and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely service and parts supply.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance, after‑sales service and repairs on aerial work platform machinery and forklifts.
• Cooperate with agents to provide technical support and routine maintenance.
• Execute proactive rectifications proposed by the product line, troubleshoot projects, and collect relevant information.
• Inspect, regularly maintain and service incoming vehicles.
• Conduct regular customer visits and vehicle inspections.
• Ensure timely availability of accessories, meet accessories sales targets and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Repair machinery and related components.
• Analyze, evaluate and diagnose technical problems effectively.
• Maintain housekeeping and EHS standards while working individually or as part of a team.
• Read and follow safety labels, warnings and guidelines.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and industry quality standards.
• Improve problem‑solving skills through on‑the‑job training.
• Submit service reports on time.
• Collaborate with the China Representative Engineer/Sales to achieve customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience in maintenance of aerial work platform machinery and forklifts.
• Ability to work independently or within a team while adhering to safety and EHS standards.
• Strong analytical skills for diagnosing technical issues.
• Commitment to timely reporting and documentation.
• Willingness to travel for customer visits and vehicle inspections.
