About the role
We are looking for an Operations Senior Manager to lead the country‑wide operational strategy at Rappi Technology Peru. In this role you will be responsible for defining, implementing and controlling the operational framework that drives efficiency and growth across the market.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute the country’s operational strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
- Monitor key performance indicators and ensure operational targets are met.
- Lead cross‑functional teams to improve processes, reduce costs and enhance service quality.
- Coordinate with local partners and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and smooth execution.
- Report operational results and provide insights to senior leadership.
Required profile
- Proven experience in operations management or a similar senior role.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
