About the role

Blacksmith Agency runs PPC, SEO and paid media programs for clients across the US. As a Paid Media Project Manager you own delivery of that marketing work, including campaign launches, SEO roadmaps, reporting and client relationships. You keep projects on time and on budget while keeping clients informed and internal teams moving.

Key responsibilities

Own project plans, timelines and budgets from kickoff to delivery.
Coordinate PPC and SEO strategists, writers and designers to hit milestones.
Run client communication, status updates and expectation setting.
Track scope, flag risk early, and drive tasks to completion.

Required profile

3+ years managing marketing projects or accounts, ideally in a digital agency.
Hands‑on familiarity with PPC (Google Ads, Meta Ads) or SEO programs.
Excellent written and verbal English communication.
Comfort with project‑management tooling such as ClickUp, Asana, Jira or similar.
Calm under tight deadlines.
