Partner Success Manager – Cybersecurity SaaS

About the role

Cynet is looking for an experienced Partner Success Manager to own relationships across its North America and LATAM partner ecosystem, including MSPs, MSSPs, and resellers, as well as direct customers. You will drive value, support adoption, guide enablement, and ensure long‑term success for both partners and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the partner and customer onboarding journey in collaboration with the Onboarding team.
• Maintain proactive, strategic communication with partner stakeholders and conduct regular customer check‑ins.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) for partners and Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) for customers.
• Track satisfaction, usage, adoption, and performance metrics.
• Serve as primary escalation point and coordinate resolution with internal teams.
• Identify growth opportunities and risks, implementing mitigation plans.
• Advocate partner and customer feedback across product, engineering, professional services, support, and sales.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of experience in Customer Success, Partner Success, Account Management, or Channel roles.
• 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or technical product environments (preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and ability to influence cross‑functionally.
• Proven track record managing multiple partners or customers simultaneously.
