Partnership Executive (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Partnership Executive to join our global team remotely. In this role you will build and nurture strategic relationships with referral partners, driving high‑quality lead generation and supporting BairesDev’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with referral partners.
• Onboard, train, and enable partners with tools, incentives, and ongoing support.
• Track, analyze, and report partnership performance metrics.
• Develop and execute engagement strategies to maximize lead conversion.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and resolve partner inquiries.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in commercial, sales, account management, or related fields.
• Proven client‑facing experience.
• Strong command of English.
