Payroll Accounting Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Payroll Accounting Analyst to join an international, high‑impact project for a globally recognised organisation. You will work in a multicultural environment, supporting critical employee‑related financial operations and ensuring accurate payroll, benefits, and pension processing.

Key responsibilities

• Support payroll processing and administration of employee benefits.
• Review and process staff benefit payments, travel expenses, and supplier invoices.
• Perform account reconciliations and prepare financial reports related to payroll, pensions, and benefits.
• Assist with monthly payroll activities, onboarding, and related financial transactions.
• Manage accounts receivable and accounting journal entries.
• Administer travel cards and reconcile related transactions.
• Respond to employee inquiries on payroll, taxes, pensions, benefits, and travel matters.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement and operational excellence.

Required profile

• Formal training in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in payroll, finance, accounting, or employee benefits.
• Strong experience with reconciliations and financial transactions.
• Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Customer‑service orientation with high attention to detail.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel skills.
