People Experience Intern (Peru)

About the role

This internship offers a hands‑on experience in the People Experience (PEX) function of a leading consumer goods company in Peru. You will work closely with the HR team to support payroll, benefits administration, and employee development initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the weekly payroll closing process.
• Prepare and update vacation and CTS (Compensación por Tiempo de Servicios) reports.
• Track and follow up on CT renewals.
• Support automation projects within the People Experience platform.
• Help execute the Education Plan and Kioks activation at the Lima plant.

Required profile

• Currently studying Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Strong interest in HR and employee well‑being.
• Good command of English.
• Ability to work in a team, adapt quickly, and focus on customer service.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Lima; relocation support is not provided.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
