People Transformation Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a People Transformation Analyst to support the people dimension of our S/4HANA transformation programme. The role bridges the transformation programme and the HR function, turning future‑state organisational decisions into clear HR operating model and service delivery requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and document the impact of the S/4HANA transformation on people and organisational design, including role changes, future operating model, ways of working and skill gaps.
• Support workforce transition planning and role‑mapping activities using OrgVue and workforce data, and provide outputs for People & OD and Workday configuration.
• Assess HR readiness, covering data quality, change and stakeholder impacts, and advise on post‑transformation HR capability and service delivery.
• Map and validate data between the target organisation design and Workday structures, translating decisions into clear DICE requirements and escalating risks.
• Demonstrate commitment to zero‑harm safety behaviours.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in HR, organisational design, workforce planning, data or process analysis, or a similar transformation environment.
• Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret workforce data, identify opportunities and risks, and support scenario modelling.
