Performance Specialist – Advertising Solutions

About the role

As a Performance Specialist you will activate Google’s business strategy for advertisers, driving adoption of our advertising solutions across Latin America. You will combine deep knowledge of online media with strong communication and problem‑solving abilities to help new and existing businesses grow.

Key responsibilities

• Educate the ecosystem and collaborate with Sales and Agency teams to prioritize short‑, mid‑ and long‑term actions for Search products.
• Develop key client lists, craft narratives and sell product priorities in partnership with Sales and Agency.
• Co‑develop and co‑own the product strategy for Search solutions.
• Help Sales and Agency influence customers to increase adoption of Performance solutions and maximize business outcomes.
• Execute Go‑to‑Market plans to successfully launch Search solutions in the region.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 8 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing or product roles.
• Experience working with digital organisations and advising executive leadership.
• Proven ability to identify and recommend solutions that improve customer strategy.
• Strong influencing and relationship‑building skills across teams and functions.
