Personal Injury Case Manager

About the role

The Personal Injury Case Manager will oversee cases from intake through settlement or litigation, ensuring timely progress, high‑quality client service, and strict compliance with legal deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing regular updates via phone, email, and text.
• Review and process new case intakes, gathering accident reports, witness statements, photos, and other supporting documentation.
• Open insurance claims, verify coverage, send Letters of Representation, and identify liable parties.
• Request, organize, and manage medical records and billing statements; coordinate with healthcare providers on treatment updates.
• Monitor treatment progress, verify balances, liens, and expenses, and ensure complete medical documentation for demand preparation.
• Analyze liability, damages, and supporting evidence; maintain detailed case notes and timelines.
• Prepare demand packages, draft settlement demand letters, and submit them to insurance carriers.
• Document offers, coordinate settlement approvals, and obtain client authorizations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in personal injury case management or related legal roles.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 level) and ability to work on‑site in Colombia, Mexico, or Peru.
• Strong understanding of the personal injury claims process, insurance handling, and litigation procedures.
• Ability to meet Monday‑to‑Friday schedule (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM CST).
• Proficiency with legal case management software, preferably Clio.
