Picker – 10-Minute Delivery Store

About the role
Rappi is hiring pickers in Lima to help meet its promise of delivering orders in under 10 minutes. You will work inside the store, picking products quickly and accurately, packing them carefully and coordinating with your team so operations run smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Pick products inside the store following the order sequence with speed and precision
- Pack correctly while taking care of product quality
- Coordinate with your team so the operation flows without pauses
- Keep your work area tidy and well stocked
- Meet the productivity metrics of your shift
Required profile
- At least 6 months of sales experience, preferably in cold sales, call centers or similar commercial roles
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Results-oriented attitude and passion for meeting targets
- Able to work in a dynamic environment with a fast pace
Required skills
- Basic knowledge of digital tools and CRMs (desirable)
