PLS Sales Representative & Key Accounts – Peru

About the role

The PLS Sales Representative & Key Accounts will manage and grow a portfolio of higher‑education institutions, language centres and similar organisations across Peru. The role combines commercial management, educational project delivery and long‑term relationship building to support institutional learning objectives and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand the assigned client portfolio, using consultative selling, market intelligence and CRM data to drive retention and new business.
• Design and coordinate educational programmes and digital platform implementations, ensuring alignment with client learning goals and monitoring adoption.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with academic and administrative decision‑makers, representing the company at events and leading commercial negotiations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) and advanced English proficiency (B2‑C1).
• Minimum three years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the education sector.
• Valid driver’s licence, ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle and willingness to travel nationwide.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for pipeline and account management.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365 suite.
• Experience with digital and educational technology platforms.
• Ability to analyse data, market trends and competitive information to inform commercial decisions.
