Over de functie

Als Prakticante de Recursos Humanos ondersteun je ons HR‑team bij werving, selectie en administratieve taken. Je werkt in een dynamische omgeving waarin je de kans krijgt om je vaardigheden te ontwikkelen.

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden

Ondersteunen bij wervings- en selectieprocessen.
Vacatures plaatsen op diverse job‑platformen.
CV’s screenen en contact opnemen met kandidaten.
Coördineren van virtuele en fysieke sollicitatiegesprekken.
Follow‑up met kandidaten gedurende het selectieproces.
Administratieve ondersteuning van de HR‑afdeling.
Basisrapportages en beheer van de kandidaten‑database.

Gewenst profiel

Student (technisch of universitair) in Bedrijfskunde, Psychologie, HR of een verwante studierichting.
Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en prettig in contact met mensen.
Basiskennis van Office en sociale media.
Proactieve houding en leergierigheid.
Beschikbaarheid voor een fysieke stage.

Vereiste vaardigheden

Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
