About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Representative to promote mass‑consumer and perishable products within the La Libertad region and nearby areas. The role involves building new client relationships, managing an existing portfolio, and achieving sales targets through regular route visits.

Key responsibilities

• Visit assigned customers according to a predefined schedule and present product offerings.
• Acquire new accounts and expand market presence for mass‑consumer goods.
• Maintain and grow the client portfolio by providing excellent service and follow‑up.
• Monitor potential customers, promote products, and ensure compliance with sales objectives.
• Report sales activity, track commissions, and manage expense reimbursements (fuel, depreciation).

Required profile

• Age between 25 and 45 years.
• Valid light or heavy vehicle driver’s license.
• Own transportation.
• Residence in La Libertad or surrounding zones.
• High school diploma or university studies.
• Proven experience in route sales of consumer goods and perishable products.
• Experience managing a client portfolio and generating new business.

Required skills

• Valid driver’s license (light or heavy).
• Own vehicle for daily travel.
• Fluent verbal communication in Spanish.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
