Procurement Manager – Fintech & Cryptocurrency (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Procurement Manager to lead the end‑to‑end purchasing function for a fast‑growing fintech and cryptocurrency platform that operates thousands of kiosks worldwide. The role is fully remote and offers a competitive salary in USD. You will be responsible for building vendor relationships, negotiating contracts and ensuring cost‑effective supply chain operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement cost‑effective procurement strategies aligned with global growth objectives.
• Source, evaluate and engage reliable suppliers, maintaining strong vendor relationships.
• Negotiate commercial terms to achieve cost savings while preserving quality and reliability.
• Review and manage existing contracts, identifying risks and recommending improvements.
• Approve purchase orders, coordinate deliveries and ensure timely fulfillment of operational needs.
• Conduct risk assessments on potential suppliers, evaluating financial stability and compliance.
• Monitor and control the procurement budget, tracking spend and driving continuous savings.
• Oversee IT systems that track shipments, inventory and supply data, ensuring accuracy.
• Prepare detailed procurement reports for senior management, highlighting spend, performance and supply‑chain health.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing supply‑chain or procurement functions with a record of cost reductions.
• Strong knowledge of contract preparation, review and negotiation.
• Ability to assess supplier risk, financial stability and compliance.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills with a focus on long‑term savings.

• Experience with supply‑chain management software and tools.
