Production Supervisor – Rotating Shifts

About the role

Clorox is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a rotating shift team in its household hygiene manufacturing plant in Peru. You will be responsible for optimal use of personnel, equipment, inventory, safety and quality while ensuring compliance with local regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Key responsibilities

• Execute manufacturing operation instructions and monitor process controls.
• Report and act on any deviations in safety, environment, quality, availability or cost using eSPACE.
• Maintain and complete all GMP system documentation.
• Prepare and submit the Packaging Shift IQBF report and other shift reports.
• Oversee proper effluent disposal, wastewater treatment plant operation, and material loss control.
• Accompany industrial tests, new product introductions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure immediate notification of any safety or quality incidents.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum two years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in food, household hygiene, cosmetics or consumer goods.
• Proven experience with TPM and autonomous maintenance methodologies.
• Familiarity with liquid packaging production lines is highly desirable.
• Intermediate level of English.
• Leadership through influence and ability to work in a participative, team‑based environment.
