Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and oversee the Primary academic programme.
• Ensure effective delivery of the curriculum and innovative, student‑centred teaching practices.
• Analyse academic results and develop continuous improvement plans.
• Coordinate, mentor and evaluate the Primary teaching team, identifying professional development needs.
• Lead pedagogical meetings and support collaborative teamwork.
• Oversee students’ academic, social and emotional progress, implementing support strategies for diverse learning needs.
• Maintain effective communication with parents and guardians, participating in meetings and events.
• Prepare academic and performance reports, coordinate timetables, assessments and school activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Primary Education or a related field.
• Valid teaching certification or licence as required by local regulations.
• Minimum years of teaching experience in Primary Education (exact number not specified).
• Experience in bilingual or international schools is an advantage.
• Strong classroom management, instructional skills and knowledge of child development.
• Effective communication, interpersonal and organisational abilities.
