Project Coordinator (Remote)

About the role

Atlas Technica, which provides IT management, user support and cybersecurity for hedge funds and other investment firms, is hiring a Project Coordinator for its Project Management team in Lima, Peru, on a full-time remote basis. The role supports the planning, organization, tracking and execution of multiple client and internal projects, reporting to the Manager, Project Coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain project schedules, milestones, work hours, budgets, action items and other project information across several projects
• Give accurate, timely updates to Project Managers and stakeholders, escalating risks, delays or concerns
• Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas and materials, document action items and follow up
• Keep project documentation such as reports, invoices, contracts and records organized and accurate
• Handle project logistics and coordinate with vendors and partners on procurement of hardware, software and services
• Work with internal teams, clients and partners to support project delivery, and track tasks to completion
• Identify recurring needs, risks and process gaps, and contribute to continuous improvement

Required profile

• 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, project management support, operations or administration (entry-level to early-career)
• Strong organization, time management and attention to detail
• Written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, remote, cross-functional setting
• Basic understanding of project management concepts, workflows and terminology
• Desirable: experience with technology, IT, professional services or client-facing projects, and with ticketing, procurement or collaboration platforms
