Project Manager

About the role

ICON Strategic Solutions is hiring a Project Manager in Lima, working in a sponsor-dedicated model supported by ICON's global expertise. As the world's largest FSP organisation, with over 90 sponsor partnerships, ICON offers stability, career development and a collaborative environment. The Project Manager leads and coordinates project activities so that projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate project and programme management delivery, resolve issues and develop team capability.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets and resource allocation.
• Lead cross-functional project teams, coordinate efforts and facilitate communication and collaboration.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and implement strategies to keep projects on track.
• Engage with stakeholders to manage expectations and keep them aligned with project goals.
• Prepare and present project reports, status updates and performance metrics to senior management.

Required profile

• Solid project and programme management experience, able to manage competing priorities and develop a team.
• Bachelor's degree in project management, business or a related field preferred, with significant project management and team leadership experience.
• Proven track record of delivering projects within scope, time and budget.
• Strong leadership, organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time.
• Legal right to work in the country where the role is based.

Required skills

• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are advantageous.
