About the role
Airtraffic is a video production company serving the video‑game industry. We are looking for a remote freelance Project Manager to oversee our video editing pipeline and ensure smooth delivery of creative work.
Key responsibilities
- Manage video editing projects across a roster of dozens of editors using Notion.
- Balance workloads, reassign projects when priorities, capacity, or deadlines shift.
- Understand each editor’s strengths and weaknesses to match them with the right projects.
- Create and maintain creative briefs, moving tickets from intake to delivery.
- Communicate issues quickly to the Creative Director.
Required profile
- Experience managing creative or production teams; agency experience a plus.
- Basic understanding of video editing or motion‑design workflows.
- Fluent or near‑fluent in both Spanish and English.
- Proven track record handling hundreds of concurrent projects without missing deadlines.
Required skills
- Notion (or similar project‑management tool).
