Property Manager – French & English Bilingual (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced bilingual Property Manager to oversee our long‑term rental portfolio remotely. The ideal candidate is fluent in French and English and has a proven track record in residential property management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of a portfolio of long‑term rental properties.
• Serve as the primary contact for tenants, owners and vendors in both French and English.
• Coordinate tenant move‑ins, move‑outs, lease renewals and terminations.
• Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve maintenance requests promptly.
• Work with maintenance vendors and contractors to ensure efficient repairs.
• Monitor rent collection, lease compliance and maintain accurate tenant records.
• Prepare operational and occupancy reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local property‑management regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in long‑term or residential property management.
• Fluent in written and spoken French and English.
• Strong knowledge of lease administration, tenant relations and property operations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities in a remote environment.
