Recruiter – End‑to‑End Talent Acquisition (Iquitos)

About the role

HR Solutions is seeking a full‑time Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition in Iquitos, Peru. The role focuses on sourcing, evaluating and selecting candidates while ensuring a positive experience for applicants and alignment with the company’s people‑centered values.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and publish job postings, source candidates through multiple channels, screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers, administer assessments and support decision‑making in candidate selection.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, provide timely communication and feedback, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on workforce planning, contribute to employer‑branding initiatives and continuously improve recruitment policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment and personnel selection, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and candidate evaluation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Knowledge of HR practices, Peruvian employment regulations and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Commitment to non‑discriminatory, inclusive hiring practices and alignment with people‑centered organizational values.
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluency in Spanish required; basic to intermediate English is an advantage.
