About the role

The Recruiter II ensures staffing requirements are met by identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent to support dynamic business needs. This role works closely with clients to assess hiring needs and conduct candidate interviews.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with implementation and administration of recruitment programs.
• Receive, screen, and file incoming resumes, background, and reference checks.
• Conduct initial screening, telephone, and face‑to‑face interviews with prospective applicants.
• Recommend candidates to hiring managers and partner with stakeholders to offer competitive compensation packages.
• Leverage various resources such as internet, community organizations, print media, networks, colleges, and trade associations to source qualified candidates.
• Maintain accurate records and reports throughout all recruitment phases using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS tools.
• Ensure compliance with local hiring regulations and consistent standards for all applicants.
• Develop in‑depth knowledge of job specifications, including experience, skills, and behavioral competencies.
• Promote the company’s image to candidates and external service providers while upholding high ethical standards.

Required profile

• Less than two years of relevant recruiting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet timelines.
• Self‑starter with a sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure.
• Professionalism and relationship‑building capability.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Familiarity with HRIS tools.
