Recruiter II

About the role

The Recruiter II ensures staffing requirements are met by identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent to support dynamic business needs. This role works closely with various internal clients to assess hiring needs and conduct candidate interviews.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with implementation and administration of recruitment programs, including screening resumes, background checks, and reference verification.
• Conduct initial screening, telephone, and face‑to‑face interviews with prospective applicants.
• Partner with hiring managers to recommend candidates, negotiate competitive compensation packages, and facilitate offers.
• Source qualified candidates through internet searches, community organizations, colleges, trade associations, and professional networks.
• Maintain accurate records and reports throughout the recruitment process using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS tools.

Required profile

• Less than two years of relevant recruiting experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight timelines.
• Professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Familiarity with HRIS tools.
