Recruitment Manager

About the role

Mace is seeking a Recruitment Manager to join its Talent Acquisition team in Miraflores, Peru. You will work across the United States, Canada, Peru, Puerto Rico, Colombia and Mexico, partnering with hiring managers to deliver high‑quality talent and meet hiring KPIs.

Key responsibilities

• Source diverse talent across priority sectors using multi‑channel strategies.
• Identify, interview and select candidates for internal and external roles.
• Promote internal mobility, referrals and proactive talent pipelining for bids.
• Partner with hiring managers throughout the end‑to‑end recruitment process.
• Deliver compliant, insight‑driven hiring decisions leveraging TA data and systems.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Spanish with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proven recruitment experience in construction or civil‑engineering consultancy environments.
• Experience in screening, interviewing, offer management and using applicant tracking systems.
• Deep sector knowledge and professional networks in areas such as PMO, datacentres, construction, property or rail.
