Regional General Manager, Latin America

About the role

Intrepid is seeking a dynamic Regional General Manager to lead its Latin America operations. Reporting to the Managing Director, Asia, Latin America and Global Operations, you will shape strategy, drive growth and inspire high‑performing teams across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute long‑term regional strategy to meet annual and multi‑year objectives.
• Partner with General Managers to achieve sales, customer, employee engagement and financial targets.
• Identify and launch new initiatives that strengthen the Intrepid brand and culture.
• Oversee risk and incident management, ensuring compliance and safety across the region.
• Build and nurture strategic relationships with key stakeholders and travel market partners.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years senior‑level management experience, preferably with company‑wide responsibility.
• Strong financial literacy and proven commercial decision‑making ability.
• Strategic thinker with a track record of building high‑performing teams.
• Deep knowledge of Latin American travel markets.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish.
