Regional Sales Manager – North Peru

About the role

The Regional Sales Manager will lead Xiaomi’s commercial activities in the North region of Peru. This remote position requires frequent travel across the territory to build relationships, drive sales growth, and enhance brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the North region.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, channel partners, key clients, and retail stores.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels to expand Xiaomi’s market share.
• Implement brand visibility initiatives to strengthen Xiaomi’s presence.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the regional sales team to achieve targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing regional sales for a smartphone brand in North Peru.
• Strong data‑analysis and problem‑solving abilities.
• Deep understanding of the Northern Peru market and its distribution channels.
• Established client relationships within smartphone sales channels.
• Proficiency in English as a working language.
• Passion for Xiaomi’s culture and values.
