Regional Vice President of Operations

About the role

Aeroseal is looking for a Regional Vice President of Operations to lead Residential New Construction (RNC) field operations across a large, multi‑site, geographically dispersed organization. This senior executive role is responsible for delivering safe, consistent, and profitable field services nationwide.

Key responsibilities

• Set operating cadence and execution standards for multiple regions and branch locations.
• Oversee a multi‑state network of field teams delivering high‑volume residential construction services.
• Manage fleet and asset utilization, including 50+ vehicles/equipment units.
• Drive scheduling, dispatch, labor planning, routing, and productivity optimization at scale.
• Lead contract negotiation, subcontractor performance, and customer‑facing agreements.
• Ensure OSHA compliance, workers’ compensation, insurance, and risk management.
• Control budgeting, forecasting, cost, and margin improvement to meet financial targets.

Required profile

• 10+ years of progressive operations leadership, including VP or senior regional roles in construction, insulation, HVAC, logistics, or similar fields.
• Experience overseeing 10+ operational sites across multiple markets.
• Leadership of at least 50 employees, preferably 100‑500 field technicians, supervisors, or drivers.
• Direct responsibility for $20M+ annual revenue or equivalent scale.
• Proven track record in multi‑state operations, fleet/asset management, and safety compliance.
