Remote Graphic Designer – Canva & Affinity

About the role

We are looking for a Remote Graphic Designer with advanced Canva expertise to create high‑quality, editable visual content. The role supports our mission to be the most helpful creative platform by delivering social media graphics, marketing templates, presentations, and light animations.

Key responsibilities

• Create and adapt social media graphics, marketing collateral, presentations, pitch decks, and print‑ready files using Canva.
• Convert external PDFs or Adobe files into fully editable Canva templates with proper structure, fonts, and design elements.
• Utilise advanced Canva features such as Magic Resize, Smartmockups, and Brand Hub to ensure scalable, brand‑compliant designs.
• Set up reusable design systems with locked elements, text styles, and layout guides for efficient workflows.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Art Directors, Team Coordinators, and Quality Specialists to meet project requirements.
• Maintain organised files using Canva’s version history, comments, and folders.
• Leverage Canva’s animation and video capabilities to produce dynamic content.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency in Canva with a portfolio of editable templates converted from PDFs or Adobe files.
• Strong application of brand kits across social, marketing, and presentation formats.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Affinity Suite (Designer, Photo, Publisher) is a plus.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to deliver high volumes of quality work quickly.
• Effective collaboration and communication within internal creative teams.
