Restaurant Sous Chef – Manuel Antonio

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Restaurant Sous Chef to join our team in Manuel Antonio. Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will help deliver a high‑quality culinary experience for our guests while supporting the overall vision of the kitchen.

Key responsibilities

• Train, supervise and schedule line associates, ensuring consistent execution of all menu items.
• Manage ordering, proper storage, organization and inventory of all food products.
• Implement sanitation procedures and maintain compliance with health standards.
• Develop new menu items, maintain recipe matrices and control food and labor costs.
• Monitor food quality, make adjustments based on guest feedback and market trends.
• Represent the food and beverage offering in media outlets when required.
• Support the Executive Chef and Food & Beverage leadership in achieving profit and service targets.
• Participate in selection, training and development of kitchen personnel.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a supervisory culinary role.
• Strong leadership and team‑building abilities.
• Excellent customer service orientation.
• Ability to analyze market research and adapt menu offerings.
