Sales Advisor TT - Selva Central

About the role

Mondelēz International's Latin American unit (Wacam) is hiring a Sales Advisor for the Selva Central territory in Peru. The role builds professional relationships with clients, drives sales of new products and promotions, and ensures strong product visibility in stores. No relocation support is available.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve the sales targets for the assigned territory (sell-out).
• Meet coverage, portfolio, market share, numeric and weighted distribution indicators.
• Guarantee maximum product visibility and shelf availability, coordinating with the distributor's sales and merchandising teams.
• Coordinate daily activities with the distributor's sales team and help train them to align with the company's priorities.
• Execute and supervise promotional activities and point-of-purchase (POP) materials at client locations.
• Prepare activity and sales results reports and follow up on new product launches.
• Monitor Route-to-Market (RTM) projects and carry out regular field visits to find improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG) companies, traditional channel.
• At least 1 year of experience managing sales forces in impulse category companies.
• Full knowledge of visibility techniques and point-of-sale execution.
