Sales Executive – Professional Hygiene

About the role

Essity is seeking a Sales Executive to join its Professional Hygiene team in Peru. The role focuses on driving sustainable sales growth by developing distributor networks and generating demand across key segments such as HoReCa, Industry, and Government.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop the distributor portfolio across Lima and other regions of Peru.
• Implement commercial strategies to increase sales and market share.
• Identify and develop business opportunities with end‑customers in HoReCa, Industry, and Government.
• Lead prospecting, negotiation, and closing of new business.
• Build growth plans with distributors and strategic accounts.
• Conduct sales analysis, KPI tracking, and performance management.
• Prepare forecasts and participate in commercial planning.
• Use CRM tools to monitor opportunities and track market trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in institutional hygiene, tissue, cleaning products or FMCG.
• Proven experience managing distribution channels and serving HoReCa, Industry or Government customers.
• Strong negotiation skills with corporate and strategic accounts.
• Willingness to travel throughout Peru.
