Sales Manager - Field Sales / Store Development

About the role

P&G is hiring a Sales Manager for its Field Sales / Store Development function, with multiple positions available in Lima and Chiclayo. The role focuses on driving sales and building a strong product presence in stores by working closely with retailers. It is a full-time position with flexible working hours, starting as soon as possible.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop commercial relationships with key customers in the market
• Support and help execute strategies within the team and organization
• Take part in developing and implementing new ideas, techniques, procedures, services or products under guidance
• Focus on specific tasks or segments within a brand, channel, line, category or team with clearly defined objectives
• Work closely with colleagues to share information and build collaborative relationships
• Be aware of external (legal, tax) and internal (decision authority, procure to pay) requirements and act accordingly

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in business or marketing (business administration, marketing or related field)
• Up to 3 years of previous experience in a similar role
• Written and spoken proficiency in Spanish and English
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with a can-do attitude

Required skills

• Sales analytics tools such as Salesforce and Tableau
• Advanced Excel for data reporting
• Ability to turn complex data into clear reports
