Sales Manager – Peru

About the role

As a Sales Manager for Peru, you will drive Flix's retail expansion by overseeing the network of Flix shops and agencies across the country. You will work closely with the Shop Development Team Lead to deliver strategic projects that increase offline sales and bring sustainable travel to more customers.

Key responsibilities

• Structure, manage and deliver key strategic projects within the sales department.
• Monitor shop performance, maintain KPI dashboards and steer improvements.
• Plan, execute, report and document shop and agency initiatives in a self‑organized manner.
• Roll out new Flix shops, support existing locations, and ensure commercial planning and quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across teams and markets.
• Serve as the primary contact and strategic advisor for the Peruvian shop organization.
• Apply traditional or agile project‑management methodologies as appropriate.

Required profile

• Excellent Master’s degree in Business, Management, Entrepreneurship, Marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience in a project‑management role.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with clear priorities.
• Experience working with diverse internal and external stakeholders, including at an international level.
• Strong analytical mindset, proactive attitude and ownership.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
