Sales & Operations Planning Analyst - Americas

About the role

Bradken is seeking a bilingual Sales & Operations Execution Planner to act as a key connector across its Americas sites (Chilca, Lima, Mont‑Joli and Edmonton). You will translate the company’s S&OP plan into short‑term, actionable priorities, aligning sales, supply planning, manufacturing, logistics and fulfilment teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support S&OE governance and facilitate cross‑functional meetings.
• Monitor adherence to the S&OP plan, identify deviations and coordinate corrective actions.
• Provide clear production priorities and short‑term plans to manufacturing teams.
• Identify and resolve supply‑demand imbalances across the end‑to‑end value chain.
• Supply inputs for monthly S&OP and supply‑planning processes.
• Prepare executive‑level summaries of short‑term revenue outlook and manufacturing costs.

Required profile

• Degree or equivalent qualification in business, logistics, supply‑chain management or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar planning role within a global or complex supply chain.
• Fluent English; French is a plus.
• Experience coordinating decentralized, multi‑time‑zone teams.
• Experience developing S&OE processes.
