Sales Virtual Professional (Remote)

About the role

MyOutDesk is looking for a results‑driven Sales Virtual Professional to join its remote team. You will help grow the business by engaging prospective clients worldwide, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions that drive revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and engage prospective clients across international markets through outbound and inbound sales activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients by understanding their business objectives and challenges.
• Present and recommend solutions that align with each client’s unique needs and business goals.
• Maintain accurate client records, sales activities, and pipeline information within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and internal teams to support lead generation and execute international business development initiatives.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and follow‑up communications to move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to foster trust and long‑term partnerships.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Consistently achieve or exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in a sales role, preferably with an international focus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C1); additional languages are a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a passion for sales and client success.
• Flexibility to work across varying time zones to accommodate international clients.
