Senior Account Executive – Sales & Renewals

About the role

The Senior Account Executive will drive sales and renewals for existing accounts, building a robust pipeline of new revenue opportunities while maintaining strong customer relationships. You will develop deep industry knowledge and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver tailored account plans.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales and renewals for assigned accounts, securing pipeline and new revenue opportunities.
• Maintain and grow customer relationships through regular engagement.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of customers' industries, businesses, markets and clusters.
• Partner with Customer Success and other teams to create and execute Account Plans and Joint Business Plans.
• Collect, analyze, and act on Voice of Customer feedback, escalating issues as needed.
• Expand the customer network to identify new budget holders.
• Escalate product needs and market trends to internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience.
• Proven sales expertise within the target scope.
• Strong understanding of the data analytics industry, its business model, products, services and solutions.
• Good grasp of market trends and their impact on customers.
