Senior Business Development Specialist – Delivery Growth

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Specialist to lead high‑impact growth initiatives for inDrive’s Delivery business in Peru. You will own strategic, revenue‑driving projects from conception to execution, turning data‑rich analysis into decisive actions that expand our market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Own and deliver high‑priority, revenue‑generating initiatives critical to business growth.
• Define priorities, lead end‑to‑end projects, analyze results and drive measurable impact.
• Develop the expansion roadmap into new cities, including opportunity sizing, go‑to‑market strategy, launch and scaling.
• Set analytical frameworks, perform advanced analysis, write SQL queries and build dashboards to solve ambiguous problems.
• Lead complex, multi‑stakeholder projects with significant business impact.
• Develop and manage partnerships that strengthen supply and demand.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (Marketing, M.E, Supply, etc.) and influence leadership.
• Guide peers, raising analytical and execution standards across the organization.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in business development, operations, strategy, or data analysis with a proven record of delivering end‑to‑end initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, economics, management or a related field.
• High autonomy and ability to own results with minimal supervision.
• Advanced English proficiency.
