Senior Channel Sales Representative – Building Automation

About the role

As a Senior Channel Sales Representative at Honeywell, you will drive sales growth in the Fire Building Automation sector across Peru. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will work remotely while leveraging the Lima office as your base. The role focuses on developing channel strategies, nurturing partner relationships, and delivering solutions that increase revenue and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute channel sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the Building Automation market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, providing product training, support, and guidance.
• Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with partners to deliver value‑added solutions.
• Lead contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction through effective account management.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in account management or B2B sales with a proven revenue‑growth record.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Strategic thinking, problem‑solving, and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
• Mid‑level English proficiency.
