Senior Clinical Project Manager – General Medicine

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Clinical Project Manager (or Clinical Project Manager II) to lead General Medicine clinical trials. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Drive project performance toward contracted deliverables, balancing customer needs and operational excellence.
• Develop and execute project strategies, managing scope, timelines, risk, quality, and budget.
• Lead communication and collaboration across matrixed, multicultural teams and with clients.
• Identify and mitigate financial, project, and quality risks using risk‑management and quality‑by‑design principles.
• Oversee project budgets, forecast revenue, and manage change orders.
• Provide inspiring leadership to build high‑performing project teams and ensure clear understanding of scope, timelines, and budget.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of global project management experience, specifically in General Medicine clinical trials.
• Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end project lifecycles in a matrixed environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
