Senior Clinical Project Manager – Talent Pool

About the role

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking experienced Clinical Project Leaders to join its Talent Pool. The role supports a broad portfolio of therapeutic areas and coordinates multi‑regional clinical trials, ensuring high‑quality delivery that advances life‑changing therapies.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between the sponsor and Thermo Fisher on assigned projects.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver project objectives on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Define and communicate customer expectations, manage escalation pathways, and ensure alignment across functional leads.
• Oversee complex, multi‑service and multi‑country projects, including financial oversight and risk management.
• Coordinate secondary project leads for specific regions, vendors, or delivery subsets as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Clinical Project Leader in therapeutic areas such as dermatology, cardiology, oncology, vaccines, infectious diseases, respiratory, neuroscience, or related fields.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects of increasing complexity and scale.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial operations, regulatory requirements, and financial management.
