Senior Digital Marketing Strategist

About the role

Cameron Digital, a growing remote digital agency, is looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Strategist to own end‑to‑end client outcomes across all major digital channels. You will shape strategy, guide execution, and help the team deliver measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own comprehensive digital marketing strategies for a portfolio of clients (SEO, email, social, PPC).
• Collaborate with account managers and the head of operations to plan and launch initiatives.
• Lead client audits, prepare for sales meetings, and translate client goals into actionable plans.
• Participate in client calls, distill insights, and ensure clear communication to the execution team.
• Mentor junior marketers and share best practices during regular team calls.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on digital marketing experience across multiple channels and clients.
• Deep knowledge of SEO, email marketing, social media, and paid‑media (PPC) strategies.
• Proven success running campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok.
• Strong analytical skills: data extraction, insight generation, and recommendation formulation.
• Solid understanding of conversion tracking and attribution models.
• Bonus for experience mentoring junior staff or managing client relationships.
