Senior Director Sales

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Director of Sales to lead our wholesale business in Peru. Reporting to the General Manager and secondarily to the VP Wholesale LAM, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth, shaping channel strategy and building strong relationships with key retailers.

Key responsibilities

• Drive financial targets and KPIs for the wholesale (WHS) team to ensure profitable growth.
• Create and align channel strategy with the country GM and management team.
• Develop strong strategic relationships with main retailers to implement the company’s strategy.
• Lead, develop and mentor the wholesale team, identifying talent and fostering growth.
• Maintain high‑level compliance with company policies, processes and guidelines.
• Influence internal and external stakeholders to achieve expected targets.
• Develop sell‑out strategies and action plans with the WHS team to ensure high performance in stores.
• Lead go‑to‑market processes for WHS to ensure pre‑sale plan execution.
• Lead strategic planning for major customers (STAPs) both internally and externally.
• Contribute to the local plan as part of the management team to support overall company success in the country.

Required profile

• University degree in business, preferably with a focus on sales and marketing or equivalent professional experience.
• 8‑10 years of experience in sales, business development or finance.
• At least 5 years of management experience leading teams.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable sales targets.
• High leadership and managerial skills with experience in matrix organizations.
• Pragmatic approach with strong business acumen.
