Senior FP&A Analyst

About the role

The Senior FP&A Analyst will join Atlas Technica’s Finance team to drive financial planning, forecasting, reporting and analysis. Working remotely from Lima, you will translate complex financial data into actionable insights that support strategic decisions across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, scenario analysis and long‑term planning.
• Analyze financial data and deliver insights to aid strategic decision‑making.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports on schedule.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to gather and interpret financial information.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and perform variance analysis.
• Produce ad‑hoc reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Utilize NetSuite, Abacum, HubSpot and other systems for reporting and analysis.
• Maintain reporting documentation, supporting schedules and reconciliations for audit readiness.
• Assist with financial due‑diligence requests, data‑room preparation and ad‑hoc analyses for investors, bankers or auditors.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting and scenario analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Comfortable handling multiple entities, currencies and disparate data sources.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
