Senior iOS Developer – Remote (Costa Rica, Peru, Colombia, Bolivia)

About the role

Coforge is seeking a Senior iOS Developer to design, build, and maintain high‑quality iOS applications. This fully remote position serves customers across Costa Rica, Peru, Colombia, and Bolivia, offering the chance to lead feature development from concept to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain iOS apps using Swift, SwiftUI, and UIKit.
• Lead end‑to‑end feature development, ensuring clean, scalable architecture (MVVM, Clean Architecture, Dependency Injection).
• Integrate external APIs, backend services, and AI/ML solutions such as Core ML and Apple Intelligence APIs.
• Write unit tests, use mocking frameworks, and automate testing to guarantee code quality.
• Participate in design reviews, architectural decisions, and agile ceremonies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve engineering standards and mobile platform scalability.

Required profile

• 5‑8+ years of professional iOS development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Swift and the iOS ecosystem.
• Experience with asynchronous programming (Swift Concurrency, async/await, threading).
• Proven ability to work independently with high ownership.
• Comfortable in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban).
