About the role
Infosys is seeking a Senior Java Developer to join its Lima delivery centre. The role will focus on designing, developing and maintaining Java‑based solutions for telecom clients, working within an agile, global delivery environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Java applications using Spring Boot, RESTful services, JDBC and Hibernate.
- Participate in full project life‑cycle activities, from requirements analysis to production support.
- Lead design and architecture reviews and ensure alignment with best practices.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional and multi‑stakeholder teams in an agile model.
- Provide performance engineering and production support for telecom solutions.
Required profile
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Information Technology.
- At least 6 years of hands‑on experience with Java, Spring Boot, RESTful services, JDBC and Hibernate.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in design and architecture review.
- Proven lead experience in agile projects.
- Experience in the telecom domain and global delivery environments.
- Strong analytical skills and advanced English proficiency.
