Senior Mobile Developer - React Native

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Mobile Developer with deep expertise in React Native to join a collaborative, value‑driven team. You will help design and deliver high‑impact mobile solutions that create meaningful change for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Write clean, reusable, and well‑tested code using TDD, mobile architecture patterns, and pair programming.
• Advocate and apply continuous delivery practices to release high‑quality software quickly.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to build innovative, human‑centered mobile experiences.
• Leverage the latest technology insights to solve client problems and promote a mobile‑first culture.
• Participate in the full software consulting lifecycle, from ideation through deployment.
• Mentor less‑experienced peers, sharing technical knowledge and leadership.

Required profile

• Strong influence and advocacy for technical excellence while remaining open to change.
• Active presence in the external tech community and willingness to share expertise.
• Advanced English communication skills.

Required skills

• Extensive experience with React Native and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of native platforms: Swift (iOS) and Kotlin (Android).
• Proficiency in writing tests with Jest and React Native Testing Library.
• Familiarity with functional programming and object‑oriented paradigms.
• Knowledge of mobile constraints such as bridge performance, offline‑first operation, accessibility, and privacy.
• Comfort with Agile methodologies (XP, Scrum, Kanban).
• Bonus: experience with mobile DevOps tools like fastlane, EAS, and Gradle.
