Senior Paralegal – Remote (US Personal Injury)

About the role
We are seeking a Senior Paralegal to join our remote legal team supporting US personal injury and litigation matters. The role is fully remote for candidates located in Colombia, Mexico, Argentina, Peru or Guatemala and works Monday to Friday, 8 am‑5 pm EST.
Key responsibilities
- Draft demand packages, including liability analysis and damages summaries.
- Manage discovery requests and coordinate discovery sessions.
- Track case‑related tasks and ensure timely follow‑up.
- Request, organize and review medical and financial records.
- Maintain complete, compliant case files.
Required profile
- Law degree (mandatory).
- Minimum 2 years experience in US personal injury law.
- Strong English proficiency (C1 level).
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Required skills
- Experience drafting legal documents and demand packages.
- Familiarity with discovery processes.
- Ability to manage and organize large volumes of medical and financial documentation.
